We cannot overstate the importance of including the following with your application:

  • Photos of your booth setup: Helps us understand your presentation style and maintain a cohesive, inviting market atmosphere.
  • Images of your products, goods, or services: Showcases the diversity and quality of offerings at our market and helps attract more visitors.
  • Relevant social media handles: Supports our promotional efforts and helps us connect with your brand.
  • Providing these visuals helps us conduct a smoother, faster review of your application and see how you’ll contribute to the market’s vibrancy.

 

Vendor Type Checklist

  • Certified Farmer
    (Attach your Dept. of Agriculture Certificate & Liability Insurance)
  • Food Vendor
    (Attach TFF Permit #, County of S.D. Dept. of Environmental Health Permit & Liability Insurance. If hot food, include a State Sellers Permit.)

Vendor Fee Structure

  • Certified Farmers, Packaged Food, Hot Food Vendors: 10% of gross sales + $2 AG fee + $2 advertising fee (minimum $24)
  • Artisan/Crafters: $30 flat fee

If you’d like to be considered as a substitute vendor when regular vendors are away, please indicate your interest—these spots are filled with vendors whose offerings complement our current lineup.
